Feel free to reach out with any questions—see you soon! Property information Serenity I Villa is a spacious and elegantly designed retreat nestled in the prime location of Pereybere. It is at a 3-minute drive from the beautiful beaches and within 5-10 minutes of bustling malls, vibrant restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment options, making it ideal for both leisure and long-term stays. To note - All guests are kindly required to send a copy or passport pictures of themselves to the reservation team at least one week before arrival. - We offer a range of additional services including Food & Beverage, Bed & Breakfast, Half-board, Full-board, Airport Transfers, Car Rentals, Tour Guides, maid services and more. Please contact the reservation team for details and bookings. - The heated pool is available as an additional feature, which is not included in the standard package. Please book this with the reservation team at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if interested. - The villa comfortably accommodates 8 with 4 master bedrooms. For larger groups of up to 16 guests, we provide additional air mattresses, linens, and beddings to ensure everyone’s comfort. This platform has listed the air mattresses as futon beds/mattresses. Though, its comfortable, it may differ from the expectations of a traditional futon. No discounts will be offered for any misunderstandings regarding the air mattresses. Neighbourhood information Guest access: Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool and outdoor area. The private entrance and dedicated parking space ensure convenient and secure parking. You’ll enjoy full privacy and the comfort of a fully equipped home, with all amenities at your fingertips.
